Some News: As 3rd quarter profits are being released, two economic powerhouses are detailing results of a wild fiscal year. Bank of America posted an estimated $2.24 Billion dollar loss due to credit card delinquencies, mortgage defaults, and share-older dividends (mostly the Federal government). Meanwhile, General Electric came in slightly ahead of Wall-Street estimates with a $2.5 billion profit, signalling improvements in orders for industrial business services.
People are still talking about that balloon kid, though I’m not sure why.
